Shay believed in the Smoke and was kind of screwed over time and time again by Tally. She’s a really complex character and I enjoyed getting to see more of her in this graphic novel.

Daniel was on the top five best things about Losing Hope. So thank GOD we get a novella about him. And it is free!

Link is hilarious and what starts out as a side character, becomes a very integral part of the story later on. The movie does Link NO justice, by the way.

Ahh, Simon. Another side character who becomes more and more interesting and complex as the series develops. I actually really enjoy his insight as a human and (spoiler here).

TOD! He’s snarky, hilarious, and dreamy. Who knew grim reapers could turn into the best book boyfriends?
