These two quirky kids are beyond adorable and wise beyond their years — this heartbreaking book is worth the tears just to see their love grow into something beautiful.
Tessa Gray & Will Herondale

I was for Will from the first moment we met him. OF COURSE something tragic had to keep him from Tessa, but I was happy with the moments they shared. Ahh, this book. (*tears up*)
Ana & Sam

Ana made me cry from almost the moment I met her. Sam, though, was such an amazing person and the two of them together is just <3.

Guys, I just CAN NOT stop gushing about this book. It is amazing and these two characters are incredibly dynamic. You cannot help but rooting for them together.

These two began as acquaintances… He a reaper almost beyond his humanity. But, Kaylee and the other characters brought him back to life. The two together just works and Tod is on the top of my book boyfriends list.

So… who are some of YOUR favorite book couples?
Such A Novel Idea 
I just loved Hazel and Augustus. I so wanted them to have a happy ending and yeah I know the book’s about cancer, but still… I’m a romantic at heart 🙂
I was surprised how well John Green wrote with the voice of a young girl. That’s a book I’ll definitely read again some time.

I know, I felt the same way on all accounts. I do, however, LOVE LOVE LOVE how the book ended. It couldn’t have been more perfect.
I know I know, it was the best ending for the story. But I just couldn’t stop crying… that one really squeezes your heart.

The first time I 'read' it was by audiobook while I was driving six hours to a job interview. Yeah, that is one I do NOT recommend, haha.
Wow! That must have been one hell of a ride. And on your way to a job interview no less. Did you pull over at any point?
I think I would have had to during that part when Hazel realizes Augustus is actually far worse off than she is.
Yeah, luckily I could stop and eat while I was listening to that part… And then I listened to some when I was there (it was the night before).
I was too far in by the time I realized how emotional it was going to be. But, I laughed a lot too, so it was nice to do it all alone, otherwise people might have thought I was a bit crazy.
I LOVE Tris and Four. I still need to read “The Fault in Our Stars” and the Infernal Devices.

Slammed was also my running up couple! And YEAH for These Broken Stars, I loved them together sooo much! I still haven’t read The Fault in Our Stars…
TFiOS is one I’d read right before the movie comes out (if you are like me and can’t stand to see a movie you haven’t read the book first), but it is one of those you know is going to wreck your heart and cause major tears, so it is hard to go into something knowing that is going to be the outcome.

Tessa and Will, Ana and Sam, Four and Tris….love all of those couples! I have heard such great things about These Broken Stars, I can’t wait to read it. Some of my favorite couples are Katy and Daemon (Lux series), Alex and Aiden (Covenant series), Dimitri and Rose (VA), and Sydney and Adrian (Bloodlines). Oh, and Calaena and Chaol from Throne of Glass series. There’s so many great YA couples…fun post!

Yes, Calaena & Chaol are my favorites, but I STILL haven’t gotten to Crown of Midnight and they weren’t *really* a couple in the first book… Although, MAN how much I wanted them to be!

I just finished Soul Screamers Volume One, so I’m not to the Kaylee and Tod part yet. Though I did read the synopsis for all the books that are out, so I spoiled it for myself. I do like Tod, so I’m excited to see this all plays out.
AGH that is one part I HATE about talking about that series. I don’t want to ruin it for anyone, but I can’t NOT gush about it.
I’m glad you read ahead or I would feel really bad, lol. And I’m so anti-synopsis read aheads — I can’t do it, because I know it will ruin the books before it in the series.
I normally don’t because this happens – I read “spoilers.” But I was bored and work and thought “Eh, what could it hurt?” A lot. It hurt a lot. And then I was angry with myself. No good can come from reading a head!
