Christmas time is officially here! Before we know it, Santa will be coming down the chimneys of good little boys and girls. And nothing like the holiday season to drool over bookish things. Because there is nothing better than reading books. So having things ABOUT books — well that my friends is just spectacular!
So, here are a few of my “favorite” things. If you’re looking for a gift I’ll swoon for, it’s probably here (I also swoon for Amazon gift cards, just so you know).

Why? Sappy romance = ultimate beach read. And seriously, it is probably against the law for Nicholas Sparks NOT to be on a beach reads list.

Why? Because it’s Neil Gaiman. And magic. And Neil Gaiman
5. Surface by Jody & Jayme Morse
Why? Sirens, beaches, and hot guys

Why? Because John Green.
2. The Disenchantments
Why? Road trips, rock and roll, romance, and figuring it all out
3. Wanderlove by Kirsten Hubbard
Why? So I can live vicariously through a world traveler.
4. Saving June by Hannah Harrington
Why? Because I’ve wanted to read for SO long.
5. The Summer I Became a Nerd by Leah Rae Miller
Why? A girl who hides her nerdiness (and obsession of comic books) to fit in
